Automatic Refunds
If a recharge or bill payment fails at the operator/biller's end after your wallet has been debited, the amount is automatically credited back to your wallet. This can take anywhere from a few minutes up to 24 hours depending on the operator's response time.
Pending Transactions
Some transactions may remain in a "pending" state if the operator hasn't yet confirmed success or failure. Pending transactions are not eligible for refund until they're confirmed as failed — please avoid retrying the same recharge while a transaction is still pending, to prevent an accidental duplicate charge.
Successful but Disputed Transactions
If a recharge or bill payment shows as successful in the app but the customer states they did not receive the benefit, please raise a complaint (My Complaints in Settings) with the transaction details so it can be investigated with the operator directly. Refunds in this case depend on the operator's own confirmation.
Wrong Number or Wrong Amount
Recharges made to an incorrect mobile number or for an incorrect amount due to retailer error are generally not eligible for refund once the operator confirms the transaction succeeded, since operators do not support reversing a successfully delivered recharge. Please double-check the number and amount before confirming any recharge.
How to Raise a Refund Request
Use My Complaints in Settings, or contact support with the transaction ID, date, and amount. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
